Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 20th January 2020

At Good My Trip, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness to both our customers and our service providers. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our cancellation and refund procedures.


Cancellation Policy

1. Ride Bookings

  • Free Cancellations:
    • Cancellations made at least 2 days before the scheduled pick-up time will be eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will incur a cancellation fee of 30%.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will incur a cancellation fee of 50%
  • No-Show Policy:
    • If the passenger does not show up at the scheduled pick-up location within 1 hour of the agreed time, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

2. Long-Distance or Outstation Trips

  • Free Cancellations:
    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Airport Transfers

  • Free Cancellations:
    • Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
  • If you have not received your refund within the specified time, please contact our support team at support@goodmytrip.com.

Modifications to Bookings

  • You may modify your booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without incurring any charges, subject to availability.
  • Modifications requested within 12 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to additional charges.

Force Majeure Events

In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or emergencies, cancellations or modifications will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team for assistance.
